Email signature

Add it to your mail program

  • Outlook (new Outlook, web and Microsoft 365)

    1. Click “Copy signature”.
    2. Settings → Account → Signatures → New signature.
    3. Paste, give it a name and choose it as default for new messages and replies.
  • Outlook classic (Windows)

    1. Click “Copy signature”, then File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New.
    2. Paste into the editor and save.
    3. Alternative: download the .htm file and put it in %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures.
  • Apple Mail (Mac)

    1. Mail → Settings → Signatures, select the account and click +.
    2. Untick “Always match my default message font”.
    3. Click “Copy signature” and paste it into the signature field.
  • Gmail (Google Workspace)

    1. Click “Copy signature”.
    2. Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new.
    3. Paste, choose it under “Signature defaults” and save at the bottom of the page.

Why it looks like this

  • The banner shows the primary logo in ink and gold at 220 px: above the 200 px limit, so gold is allowed on the light background. It is rendered at twice its size, so it stays sharp.
  • The thin gold line is the tenuto line from the logo, in Tenuto Gold. It is decoration; text is never gold, so the separator “|” is an Ink tint.
  • Arial or Helvetica, the email fallback from the typography guidelines. Arial comes first because Outlook may switch to Times New Roman when the first font isn’t installed.
  • Built for classic Outlook too: tables only, fixed sizes, a divider Outlook doesn’t inflate.
  • Please don’t add quotes, other banners or extra logos to the signature.
